CYCLONES Range CO, CA,CAN and CD

 

GENERAL TECHNICAL DATA

Dust collectors of this range are for initially cleaning of air, pulled of local drawing-in facilities, equipment for pneumatic transport, etc. Dust collectors are adapted to functioning as mechanical, inert dust collectors of hard particulates in the suspension in fumes, working with hard oil, with the contaminated air of dryers, dust collectors or from facilities for pneumatic transport with initial level of dust ranging from 0,3 to 400 g/m3.

There are not recommended for equipment transferring sticking particles or explosive mixtures.

 

It is offered 4 series of cyclones:

  • Series CO
  • Series CA
  • Series CAN
  • Series CD

The series are listed in descending way according to the level of losses of pression and the level of cleaning of the air.

The shown containers are designed for systems in which the separation of the solid particles has to be done manually and periodically through detachment of the cyclone and emptiness to a special place. Those containers are for single cyclones. We offer specially constructed containers for cyclones batteries..

The shown losses of pressure are for the scheme illustrated on this page - one single cyclone without air facility at the outlet.

The range of dimensions for different series of cyclones is not limited. The company runs a specialized software which generated the design of any kind of cyclone of each of the series adapted to the needs of the client.
